Telephone support
As well as arranged coaching sessions, I provide ongoing support to clients to resolve questions that arise between visits. These are generally five to ten minute calls and are provided free of charge. Some issues can be more complex than they initially appear. Prior to doing so, I will advise you but I reserve the right to charge for these calls if they become telephone consultations.
Area covered
I provide home and small business visits for a minimum of one hour within 10 miles of Bolney, West Sussex. Due to the costs and travel time incurred, a minimum charge of two hours applies further afield. Please contact me for further information or if you have any queries.
Telephone consultations
I also provide Technology Coaching in the form of a telephone consultation. These can take place by telephone, FaceTime or Skype. These can be scheduled to suit your timezone. Please contact me in the first instance so that we can arrange a suitable time.
Timing and charges
I like to conduct an initial consultation by telephone to establish your current situation, which devices you currently use and what you would like to achieve. This is free of charge.
Personalised coaching sessions are charged at a Standard Hourly Rate of £50 per hour. (Rate effective: 1st February 2017).
All monies are due at the time of the session, except for the multiple session discount which is paid for at the end of the first session.
Multiple session discount
A block of 5 sessions, paid for in advance, scheduled to a timescale of your choosing costs £229. (Rate effective: 1st February 2017).
Should a change of circumstances arise in which the coaching can not continue I will refund the balance unused based on the Standard Hourly Rate.
Cancellation
I understand that schedules change and difficulties arise. If this happens a 24 hour minimum notice of cancellation would be appreciated and we can reschedule for a new time.
